SHIPPING POLICY

All items will be shipped by the least expensive method available. Shipping charges will apply. Items will be created as orders are placed and will be processed in the order received. Due to the handmade nature of these items please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your item. Notification of shipment will be provided via email so you will be able to track your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products please contact me so that I can work with you to make it right. I strive to create happy customers and do my best to provide a quality item in a timely manner. Refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery.
